The medal haul saw Iran finish third behind the host country and Kyrgyzstan in the team table.
Mohammadhossein Norouzian captured the ultimate prize in the 86kg weight class, while U20 world champion Abolfazl Babloo grabbed the gold medal in the 97kg category.
Erfan Alizadeh was the other Iranian in the 97kg division, withdrawing midway through his bout against Babaloo after suffering a leg injury.
Meanwhile, Ali Rezaei settled for silver in the 74kg class, with Ali Karampour claiming a consolation bronze.
