Iranian photographer receives top prize at Hungarian nature festival
Mohebi Pour’s winning photo ‘The Bitter Death of Birds,’ which was taken on Miankaleh Island, which highlights the plight of birds, earned him the Golden Fox Award at the festival, IRNA reported.
The photo festival, which showcases the most inspiring nature photos from around the world, drew 2,000 entries from 187 photographers in 41 countries.
A panel of judges, comprising prominent environmental and photography experts, reviewed all the submissions based on artistic and technical quality, as well as their relevance to the theme of the future of nature.
