SNSC vows severe action against saboteurs
The Supreme National Security Council of Iran (SNSC) warned that the Judiciary and the security forces will show no tolerance towards vandals and saboteurs attending riots across the country.
In a statement released on Friday, the secretariat of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council said the Zionist regime has been pursuing hybrid battles with Iran after the 12-day war in June and has only changed its tactics ever since, according to Tasnim.
It said the recent incidents that unfolded after protests against instability in the market were transformed into insecurity engineered by the Zionist enemy.
The statement added that the recent comments made by US President Donald Trump revealed a joint US-Israeli plot against Iran, stressing that the Iranian nation, which forced the enemy to concede a strategic defeat during the 12-day war in June 2025, will once again stymie the enemy’s plots through unity and solidarity.
Those protesting the economic situation will assuredly avoid the measures that would inflict economic losses, aggravate the situation, or add to insecurity, the SNSC added.
It further highlighted the role of security and law enforcement forces in preventing insecurity, stressing that the security forces will thwart the plots by the Zionist regime and the US to foment insecurity in Iran.
The SNSC affirmed that the Judiciary and the security forces will show no tolerance towards the saboteurs.
