Iran should negotiate with US, European talks won’t lift sanctions

The world today has undergone serious shake-up. The global relations of two decades ago no longer prevail and things have changed. High-ranking Iranian officials are surely aware of the extent of these shifts, as global issues have created new polarizations.
In the long-term foreign policy of the United States, all positions have undergone transformations. For instance, the Persian Gulf no longer holds the role it had for many years. On the other hand, China, Russia and Middle Eastern countries have turned the tables. Iran needs to factor in these twists and turns and negotiate accordingly.
Incoming US President Donald Trump is dead set against wars anywhere in the world.
