Iran forecasts floods, heavy rainfalls in 15 provinces

Iran’s Water Research Institute has predicted floods and heavy rainfalls in the country’s 15 provinces in the coming days.
The institute has warned of heavy rainfalls in the provinces of Kerman, Yazd, Mazandaran, Semnan, Golestan, Isfahan, Fars, Tehran, Alborz, Markazi, Hamedan, Qom and Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Sistan and Baluchistan and South
Khorasan.
The southeastern province of Sistan and Baluchistan is already grappling with severe floods which have inundated the province southern cities and villages.
At least 10 people have lost their lives in the floods.
