However, a palpable concern for Iran and many other nations worldwide is the potential re-election of Donald Trump as US president, which could usher in new challenges for the world and the Middle East region.
Hence, the Islamic Republic of Iran and its diplomatic apparatus must devise soft mechanisms and rational discourse to counter Trump’s aggressive policies and avert the exacerbation of tensions between Iran and the West.
