Beiranvand to undergo surgery on fractured jaw
Iran goalkeeper Alireza Beiranvand said he will have to undergo surgery on his fractured jaw after being forced out injured during a 1-0 victory over Uzbekistan in the CAFA Nations Cup final on Tuesday.
